Gone but NEVER Forgotten

RUGER

Ruger was a very, very special dog. He was one of our first 5 dogs. He lived to play ball, he LOVED the water and he loved his people. My heart still aches.....

He had an old soul and the best eyes

Ruger could look at you with his soulful eyes and make you melt. His heart was not into being a stud dog and he wanted a person so we tried to fulfill the desires of his heart.... This is one of  my (Melinda) favorite photos of his sweet face. ❤️❤️❤️

Always a baller

Ruger lived to play ball 25/8!! Hahaha!!! He loved playing fetch from the time he woke up until bedtime. He LOVED water and we made sure to keep his pools full of water. 😊

We rehomed Ruger at 3 years old to a pet home and less than one year after he left us, he died of medical complications. We had him cremated and mailed his ashes home to be with us. His death changed the way we choose to rehome dogs (changes to our contract). I know that Ruger is waiting for Brian and I on the rainbow bridge with a ball in his mouth. ❤️❤️❤️
